After a quasi non-sleeping night, and before leaving the base camp, I was mixing in situ the frontiers between an aerial listening and a close contact listening. Just to be more involved in the elements and feel more deeply the turbulent resonances of a tin rooftop stirred by the wind.

Sound artist, phoNographist, listening facilitator
On the border between listening to the soundscape and "in situ" compositions, in the porosity proposed by a work that rubs the real, zealot of sonic arts in public spaces, soundscape artist, composer of multi-phonic sound pieces for in situ live performances, Stéphane Marin has been involved since 2003 in sound adventures in situ that go out to meet atypical spaces.
Following many collaborations shared in France, and represented internationally (Singapore, Medellìn, Mexico, Suwon, Beirut, Poznan, Grätz, Valladolid, Manchester, Brussels, Saarbrüken, Killfinane), in 2008 Stéphane created Espaces Sonores, a company dedicated to contextual sound creation and arts of listening.
His desire for spaces and his practice of sound push him to imagine devices and experiences that take the form of course or sound naps, soundwalks with naked or « augmented » ears, and performative architectural sound installations.
