Each Morning of the World #05
Oceanian PhoNographic Mornings #03/20
Sandfly ~ West Hobart ~ Tasmania ~ Australia
Field recordings of mornings, a conspiracy of ravens, harmonium, electric hurdy gurdy, bontempi and voices of my family and me between 2014 and 2018 in airports and Sandfly + West Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
I’m a French sound artist and curator based in Tasmania interested in the embodiment of invisible soundstreams and friction in sociality.
I investigate transmission arts through performance, soundwalk, radioscape and installation, sometimes with edible or wearable sound objects.
My work has been presented in galleries, art centres and festivals in Europe, Brazil, Hong Kong, South Africa and Australia, as well as broadcast on terrestrial airwaves and online. I did a Ph.D in aesthetics, sciences and technology about radiophonic psychogeography and the art of walking (University of Paris 8, France, 2011).
