~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I invite you to a morning sound trip across Ubud and around. We starting with a soft gong
coming from an original Gamelan instrument and visiting the famous heron village of Pitulu. Listen to the morning call and flapping wings of the Herons sitting in the trees. Morning drums from the temple appears with the purpose to wake up the residents of the village to clean the temple and streets. We drive back to Ubud, soft thunder and rain appear followed by cicadas, frogs, birds and the so typical morning rooster starting already around 4:30 am.
Now we are awake so why not taking a stroll to the Ubud palace intersection and listen how bad the morning traffic already is? Not to bad because 99 percent of the tourists are still sleeping. Just the regular morning traffic and locals delivering fresh products to the near Ubud market. Let's take a listen how the buzzing market in the morning sounds like before we heading to the famous Campuhan Ridge and listen to the school kids singing before attending to class. We ending this soundscape with another soft gong coming from the Gamelan instrument.
Equipment I use:
